1.1. Will of Steel (abbrevatied as WoS) is a Discord Bot that provides users with the ability to access a variety of features and services from within their Discord server. 1.2. You are solely responsible for your use of Will of Steel and any content you share or upload to it. 1.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of Will of Steel at any time without prior notice.
2.1.
You agree not to use Will of Steel for any unlawful or inappropriate
purposes, including but not limited to:
• Posting or sharing any content that is vulgar, obscene,
pornographic, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate;
• Posting or sharing any content that may infringe upon the
intellectual property rights of any third-party;
• Posting or sharing any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or
promotional materials;
• Distributing any malicious software or code;
• Engaging in any activity that is disruptive or harmful to Will of
Steel or any other users of Will of Steel;
• Accessing Will of Steel or any content on Will of Steel in an
unauthorized manner;
• Attempting to gain access to any other user’s account or data;
• Impersonating any other user or individual;
• Collecting or storing any personal data of other users or
individuals;
• Attempting to circumvent any security or access control measures;
or
• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
2.2.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action
against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms,
including without limitation, removing the offending content, suspending
or terminating the account of such violators, and reporting you to the
appropriate authorities.
3.1.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates,
officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any
and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt,
and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising
from:
• Your use of and access to Will of Steel;
• Your violation of any term included in these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without
limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
• Any claim that your use of Will of Steel caused damage to a
third-party.
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding Will of Steel or any services provided herein. Will of Steel and all services provided are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5.1.
You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but
not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other
intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such
damages.
6.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
